  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship all of our products from Montreal, QC.
  • Where do you ship to?
    At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States. Worldwide shipping coming soon!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards ( Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal). Gem Jewelry is committed to maintaining the highest level of protection and security against fraud. We stay up to date with the latest security technologies to ensure that your credit card information is confidential and safe.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Once your order is processed, it is immediately sent to the creation process. If there are any mistakes with the personalization, you must contact us through email (gemjewelry3@outlook.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. This change request may not be guaranteed depending on the step the jewelry is within the creation process.
  • What is your jewelry made of?
    Our jewelry is made of stainless steel material. The metals are non-tarnish (will not turn your fingers green), and hypoallergenic (safe for sensitive skin). Very durable, you can wear it on a daily basis. We do recommend limiting the use of perfume and chemicals as it will decrease the lifespan. Stainless Steel jewelry can last up to 50 years with proper care.
  • When will my items be shipped?
    Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number.
  • Issues with my delivery?
    GEM JEWELRY is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you think your package is lost or got stolen, please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued. ​ If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee so the package can be sent again. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
