FINAL SALE POLICY
Any products that qualify as final sale in this policy or identified as "final sale" may not be returned, exchanged, credited or otherwise.
All custom-made, personalized and discounted products are final sale. These products cannot be returned, exchanged, credited or otherwise.
Also, all products identified as "final sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, credited or otherwise.
Any final sale products sent by mail will not be refunded. In addition, this product will not be returned to its sender.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with a purchase or gift, if your product meets the conditions and the product is not among the exclusions, Gem Jewelry will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Returns are made for a value equal to the sale price of the returned or exchanged product, including applicable taxes.

In this email, you will be asked to specify your order number and full name.
Following receipt of your returned product, there is a 7-12 days processing time in order to process the refund or exchange.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
