Returns & Exchanges 

 

Custom-made items, personalized items, sale are not part of our Return/Exchange Policy. These items cannot be returned as they are handmade items made for each customer. We don't accept returns on crystals as they can be very fragile when shipping, and we like to avoid as much damage as possible. Only items that are not personalized can be returned/exchanged. If there are any issues with your item regarding damage, please contact us immediately at info@gemjewelry.ca

Any body-jewelry such as earrings of any kind are NOT returnable for sanitary reasons.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Gem Jewelry wants you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 14 day return/ exchange policy from your delivery date. Gem Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you may email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns. You may also exchange it for any item on our website of equal value. We will charge an extra $6 exchange fee for shipping costs back to sender. 

 

Any product must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made items, personalized items, sale are final sale.

Orders are shipped from Montreal, QC, CANADA. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. 

If you receive your order and it doesn't fit, we do offer size adjustments, but the customer is responsible for any extra shipping costs. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.  

 

If an item arrives damaged, GEM JEWELRY must be notified via email at info@gemjewelry.ca within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package.

Simple, email us at info@gemjewelry,ca and let us know how we can help you. Please do include your order number, name, for us to process the exchange. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 7-12 business days for processing.
