Returns & Exchanges 

• We offer returns and exchanges on non-custom, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are issued in the form of merchandise credit or can be exchanged for another item of equal value.

• A $6 shipping fee applies to exchanges to cover return shipping back to you.

Damage or Sizing Issues

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@gemjewelry.ca with photos and your order number.

• If your jewelry doesn't fit, we offer size adjustments. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us at info@gemjewelry.ca with your order number, full name, and the reason for return or exchange.

2. Once approved, return your item to the provided address.

3. Allow 7–12 business days after we receive your item for processing.
